Who is responsible

The site is run for the VR4LL 2.0 partnership by its coordinator, Učilište Jantar – ustanova za obrazovanje odraslih (Jantar – International House Split), Poljička cesta 26A, 21000 Split, Croatia. For anything about your data, write to info@jantar.hr.

The contact form

When you send a message we receive your name, e-mail address, the organisation if you give it, the topic and your message. We use them only to answer you (legal basis: your request, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and our legitimate interest in answering, Article 6(1)(f)). The message is delivered by e-mail through SendGrid (Twilio Inc.), which processes it on our behalf under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We keep messages for as long as the conversation needs, and no longer than two years after the last exchange, unless they become part of a project file the Erasmus+ rules require us to keep.

Visit statistics

We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses; visitors are counted with a value that changes every day and cannot be traced back to a person. Our host, Vercel Inc., also keeps short-lived technical logs (for example of errors) to run the site securely.

Videos

Pages with videos show YouTube’s preview picture, loaded from YouTube’s image server. The video itself is loaded only when you press play, from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. From then on YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.

Links to other sites

Links to the Meta store, Moodle, social networks and partner websites take you to sites with their own privacy rules.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. You may also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
